This flexibility workout is for complete beginners! If you are inflexible, this workout will teach you how to modify stretches to get flexible fast!

Keep the intensity of the movements at a 6/10! It should feel uncomfortable, but not so uncomfortable that you have to fidget in and out of the stretches. Often when starting to get flexible, less is more!

Targeted Areas:

📋WORKOUT FORMAT:
• 45s Work, 30s Rest
• 26 Stretches
• No Repeats

⚙️EQUIPMENT NEEDED
🧱Yoga Block OR a Thick Pillow to sit on
🪢Yoga Strap OR a towel/rope that is as long as your armspan
