This flexibility workout is for complete beginners! If you are inflexible, this workout will teach you how to modify stretches to get flexible fast!
Keep the intensity of the movements at a 6/10! It should feel uncomfortable, but not so uncomfortable that you have to fidget in and out of the stretches. Often when starting to get flexible, less is more!
