This 30-minute dumbbell tri-set workout is all about building muscle and strength in your back, biceps, and triceps — one powerful round at a time!
We’ll rotate through tri-sets:
1️⃣ A back exercise
2️⃣ A tricep exercise
3️⃣ A bicep exercise
This non-stop structure keeps the intensity high and the muscles working hard, helping you build strength and definition in every rep.
