Finally! It's tastePINK and I am back with another WHAT I EAT IN A DAY video! I'll be showing (nearly) a full day of eating! This is not an aggressive meal plan, but rather healthy meal ideas that are beginner friendly, which can be adapted, so as to modify for even CLEANER eating. I also discuss vegetarian options to accomodate such a diet. I'm not a professional, I do not count calories or get into macros (though I should)... but I hope this serves as motivation and inspiration!

JUST UNDER 2 CUPS OF COLLEGE INN GARDEN VEGETABLE BROTH
HERBS/SPICES - SAGE, FRESH GARLIC AND LEMON PEPPER
HALF A LARGE SWEET POTATO
SEASON WITH RED CRUSHED PEPPER AND SAGE
BAKE POTATO AT 450 FOR 20 MINUTES
ONCE DONE, PUT LENTILS IN FOOD PROCESSOR/BLENDER
UNTIL SMOOTH, ADD MORE BROTH TO REPLICATE REFRIED BEANS CONSISTENCY (IT TASTE SO GOOD!!)
ALLOW LENTIL PASTE TO SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL SLIGHT COLOR CHANGE
SAUTEE HALF OF A GREEN AND RED BELL PEPPER
BLANCH GREEN BEANS AND SAUTEE FOR 5 TO 7 MINUTES IN AVOCADO OIL (SEASON WITH LEMON PEPPER)
