Get ready for a 20 Min Non-Stop Arm & Core Burn Workout. We'll be using light weights (I'm using 1KG / 2LB dumbbells) to sculpt lean, toned arms and a strong core. No breaks—just continuous work to maximize muscle definition and endurance!
📝 Workout Breakdown:
Duration: 20 Minutes
Interval Structure: 30 Seconds Work / No Rest
Dumbbells: 1KG/2LB (Each)
