These are some of my favorite effective abs and core exercises I currently incorporate into my training. The exercises are separated into 2 different circuit options. Choose and do one next time you are at the gym or working out at home! I wouldn't suggest doing both as it is A LOT of ab volume, but instead do 1 one day and 1 another day if you want to do both!
I do want to add that abs, their willingness to show, and how they develop is mostly due to diet and genetics. You need a low enough body fat percentage to see your abs and how low will depend on your genetics and how your body chooses to store its fat. Then your ab training will help build and define them!

Pick 1 circuit to do.
2 -4 rounds depending on your current training!
CIRCUIT 1
1. Hanging Side Crunches X 5 each side
2. Hanging Knee Tucks X 10
3. Cable Rope Crunches X 20
CIRCUIT 2
1. DB Dead Bug Variation X 10 each leg
2. DB Single Arm Crunches X12 each side
3. DB Plank Pull Through X 10 each way
4. DB Lying Knee Tucks X 10
