Here’s what I ate on a recent Wednesday as a certified nutritionist who (mostly) likes to keep things simple, balanced, and high protein. This was not necessarily a "perfect" day in terms of food but a real day that included "lazy" meals and things I ate mainly for enjoyment while also fueling my body :)
