This is a full-body intermediate/advanced level class with a combination of strength training movements, Pilates, and yoga with extra attention on core strength and stability. Ideally, for this class, you are comfortable with lunges, single leg balance, and using light weights.

Hi, I'm Dr. Melissa Koehl! I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy and pilates instructor who has hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. After a severe injury ended my gymnastics career, I searched for exercises that would help feel strong and stable.
