This short, intentional flow builds steady strength while opening the hips in a way that feels supportive, not forced.
We move through Plank Pose (Kumbhakasana) to awaken full-body stability, step into Crescent Lunge with Cactus Arms (Anjaneyasana) to open the front body and chest, and settle into Lizard Pose (Utthan Pristhasana) to invite space through the hips and inner thighs.
This practice is designed for riders, athletes, and anyone who wants strength that feels integrated instead of rigid. Move slowly. Breathe fully. Let the transitions do the work.
