The following practice is part two of our five part series focusing on fostering increased self-compassion and self-love. In this meditation, you will be guided through the practice of "RAIN". RAIN is an acronym that stands for Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Non-Identification/Nurture. RAIN meditations are particularly supportive when we are experiencing moments of distress or an unpleasant emotion or sensation.
