This 40 minute lower body and core Pilates sculpt workout is a low-impact, at-home Pilates workout designed to build strength, improve muscle tone, and deepen your mind–body connection — all from home.
This class focuses on glutes, thighs, hips, and deep core engagement, using light dumbbells and optional ankle weights to increase intensity while staying joint-friendly. Expect slow, controlled movements, intentional sequencing, and plenty of opportunity to modify based on how your body feels.
✨ This is a home Pilates sculpt workout you can make your own. Take breaks, adjust weights, and move with autonomy — strength without burnout.
What you’ll need:
• One set of dumbbells (I’m using 5 lb weights)
• One lighter dumbbell (I’m using 3 lbs)
• Optional ankle weights (I’m using 1 lb)
• A mat or soft surface
