Soft & Fluffy White Bread
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
500 g. bread flour (all purpose flour)
1 egg (preferably free range)
200 g. butter (melt it)
150-200 ml. fresh milk (warm it up 20-27 °C)
20 g. fresh yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons of your favourite herbs - in this recipe I use samardala, but this is not found in any country.
Brush on your bread with milk before baking it.
Bake in a preheated oven with fan for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
𝗨𝗦 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
4 cups bread flour (all purpose flour)

0.88 cup butter (melt it)
0.039 - 0.052 ml. fresh milk (warm it up 68°F - 80.6°F)
0.6 ounce fresh yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons of your favourite herbs - in this recipe I use samardala, but this is not found in any country.
Brush on your bread with milk before baking it.
Bake in a preheated oven with fan for 35-40 minutes at 356°F.
