Join me for a leg-focused workout to strengthen your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. We'll use one set of dumbbells for today's workout. I'll be using a set of 6kg (13 lbs) and a set of 5kg (11 lbs) weights off to the side in case I need to go down in weight.
No weights are necessary to get a great workout!!
We'll go through 2 different sections of exercises. The first section will have 4 exercises, each 40-sec on, 20-sec off. The last 2-minute section will be Tababta style, 20 sec on, 10-sec rest, and will go between 2 different exercises.
