In this class we are going to do two meditations that are specifically designed to help you overcome emotions and find a way to control and master the mind. This yoga for mental health will help regain your emotional balance. This class is essential at times one is worried or upset, or when one feels like screaming and yelling. When out of focus or emotional, attention should be given to the body’s water balance and breath rate. This meditations adjust and slow down the breath, while you should also drink plenty of water to alleviate pressure on the kidneys. Use these meditations to transcend emotions and channel the vagus nerve.
