✨ Ingredients:
• 100 g unsalted butter
• 80 g sugar
• 1 g salt
• 1 egg
• Vanilla
• 140-150 g flour (add gradually, dough should be soft - not too thick, not too runny)
• 3 g baking powder
• 100 g chocolate, chopped 🍫
• 50 g nuts, chopped 🌰

1. Beat the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg, salt, and vanilla. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour and baking powder. Add gradually, watching the texture - the dough should be soft and tender.
4. Gently fold in the chocolate and nuts.
5. Cover the dough and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour ❄️ (this makes the cookies thicker and more flavorful).
6. Divide the chilled dough into portions of 65-67 g each and shape into balls.
7. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Gently press extra chocolate pieces on top of each cookie for a beautiful look 🍫✨
8. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 15 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are soft.
9. Let cool slightly - they will set and become perfectly chewy inside 🤍
