🧺 材料
【外皮】
中筋麵粉:400 克
溫水:200-215 毫升
油:10 克(可用植物油)
酵母粉:6克(約2小匙)
糖:2 汤匙
鹽:2 克
【餡料】
沙葛(又叫涼薯):1公斤(去皮後切絲或刨細條)
乾花菇:4~5 朵(泡水軟化後切颗粒)
蝦米:2 大匙(泡水後稍微剁碎)
紅蘿蔔:150 克(刨丝)
四季豆: 80 克 (切薄片)
蒜頭:3-5 瓣(剁碎)
【調味料】
胡椒粉:4茶匙
糖:1/2 小匙
鹽:半茶匙
调味料:2 茶匙

🧺 Ingredients
【Dough】
All-purpose flour: 400g
Warm water: 200–215 ml
Oil: 10g (can use vegetable oil)
Yeast: 6g (about 2 tsp)
Sugar: 2 tbsp
Salt: 2g
【Filling】
Jicama (also called yam bean): 1 kg (peeled and shredded or julienned)
Dried shiitake mushrooms: 4–5 pcs (soaked until soft, then diced)
Dried shrimp: 2 tbsp (soaked and roughly chopped)
Carrot: 150g (shredded)
Green beans: 80g (thinly sliced)
Garlic: 3–5 cloves (minced)
【Seasoning】
White pepper powder: 4 tsp
Sugar: 1/2 tsp
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Soy-based seasoning sauce: 2 tsp
