✅ 材料准备:
水饺皮:
可买现成饺子皮,或自己擀。
肉馅:
猪肉末(或牛肉、鸡肉都可) 300g
葱,姜,蒜末适量
胡椒粉 1茶匙
蘑菇粉 1/4茶匙
玉米粉 1汤匙
酱油 1茶匙
蚝油 1茶匙
料酒 1 tbsp
糖 1茶匙
盐适量
食油 1汤匙
鸡蛋1个(增加嫩度,只要蛋白)

🧄 Preparing the Meat Filling:
Add all the seasonings to the minced meat and stir in one direction until the mixture becomes sticky and cohesive.
🥟 Wrapping the Dumplings:
Place an appropriate amount of filling onto the dumpling wrapper and pinch the edges tightly to seal. (Make sure the seal is firm to prevent it from opening while frying.)
🔐 Tips:
Adding ginger water to the meat mixture makes the filling juicier and more tender.
Seal the dumplings tightly to prevent the filling from leaking during frying.
Control the heat carefully: pan-fry over medium-low heat slowly. Don’t rush, or the outside will burn while the inside remains undercooked.
