Eight Pieces of Brocade is a technique with a history of at least a thousand years and has been studied and perfected over the centuries so that it could represent a complete system for well-being.
Eight Pieces of Brocade exercises are suitable for stretching the meridians and promoting the flow of Vital Energy (Qi) within the human organism, balancing the functions of all internal organs, promoting blood circulation, keeping muscles, tendons, joints and bones active and eliminating any type of nervous or emotional tension.
In this video I will explain how to correctly practice "Two Hands Hold Up the Heavens" the first of the Eight Pieces of Brocade and what benefits you can obtain.
The best time for this Qi Gong technique is in the morning, but it can also be practiced at any time at least an hour after meals.
If you can’t practice outdoors in nature, it’s always best to choose a quiet place.
Moderate and habitual physical exercise can prevent aging and maintain physical efficiency.
