Today’s workout combines two favorites, compound strength moves and cardio kickboxing! This is a great way to build strength and stoke that metabolism…. Plus you get after burn 🔥 (EPOC)! I broke this into 5 blocks that have strength and cardio intervals. All you need is a mat and a variety of weights. I’m using 8-15lb dumbbells. Let’s go kick some butt!
