Hybrid upper body workout that you can follow along with right from home. This upper body workout will include both calisthenics and weight training exercises. So you will need a pair of dumbbells. If you don't have any, no worries. You can simply do the calisthenics substitutes instead.
This upper body routine is great for building solid strong muscle! Each exercise will challenge you and most importantly make you stronger. It's great to mix up both bodyweight and weight training all into this one routine.
