10 Min Upper Body Dumbbell Workout To Build Muscle And Strength

Join me for a quick and effective 10 min upper body dumbbell workout to build muscle and strength. This workout will target your chest, shoulders, triceps, biceps, and even your back muscles. All you will need for this workout is a pair of light to moderate weighted dumbbells. If you don't have access to a pair of dumbbells then you can follow along using your bodyweight. As I have included bodyweight alternates for this dumbbell workout.
This workout is also great for all levels and each exercises will last 45 sec and we will be resting for 15 sec. We will focus on quality reps to build muscle as well as strength. I recommend to repeat this routine once you are done for 3-4 rounds. Be sure to also combine this upper body dumbbell workout along with my other dumbbell workouts for maximum benefit.
