Welcome to Day 2 of the Strength From Within yoga challenge: Leg Power & Hip Freedom.
This 25-minute class blends hip-opening stretches, glute and hamstring activation, and active mobility drills to create strong, balanced legs that move with ease.
We’ll start with mindful breathwork to anchor awareness into the lower body, wake up your feet and ankles, then move into floor and standing sequences that strengthen while creating space in your hips.
Expect a balance of strength and release — perfect for anyone wanting to improve hip mobility, leg power, and overall stability.
You’ll experience:

• Functional lower body strength
• Hip-opening stretches for balance & ease
