Day 3 - Gentle glute activation
In this session we are focusing on getting your glutes to activate. Take it slow and keep the movements small. Rather focus on the technique of isolating the rest of the body from the hip (Through your core activation) and moving only the join of the hip for the second 2 exercises.
For the first exercise, keep the bottom of the glutes active to avoid arching your back ever so slightly.
