Are you ready to get that tight tummy and round booty? This is a killer 20 min workout that will target your abs/core and your booty. Your booty and abs are going to be on fire! You can do it at home or at the gym, no equipment needed. Lets go get that toned abs and booty! 20 minutes is all you need!

The structure for this workout:
10 exercises (45s ON, 15s OFF)
x2 SETS
45s rest between sets
