This Full Body Pilates with Weights Workout is Day 21 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” We’ll use light weights throughout this routine to engage deeper into our core center, especially in the upper body and shoulders.
If you don’t have any light weights (1-3 pounds), you can substitute with water bottles or cans of food. You’ll feel how this extra weight and resistance helps to connect the shoulders and upper core to the rest of the center, as well as add extra toning for the muscles. You always have the option to not use any weights at all, and will still get an amazing full body pilates workout.
