This 25-minute Pilates back workout is Day 6 of the 30-Day Pilates Journey, “Finding your Center.” Today’s focus is the back, which is part of your core and your Pilates powerhouse!
If you think of your core as a cylinder that encompasses the center of your body, then your back makes up a big part of that cylinder! Many times people don’t realize that the back is part of our core, so it’s important to strengthen the back in order to have a strong and powerful center.
