Welcome to this 30-minute full body sculpt workout using a yoga block! This routine combines strength, toning, balance, and controlled cardio to give you a complete head-to-toe burn. Perfect for those who want an advanced, effective workout at home using minimal equipment.
In this session, we’ll use the yoga block to intensify classic movements, deepen engagement, and help you activate muscles you don’t always feel in traditional workouts. No equipment needed besides your block—just press play and move with me!
