Between Two Dumbbells was created to discuss how to maximize and optimize muscle gains—how to gain the most amount of muscle in the shortest amount of time. The show sometimes devolves into Skip and Dr. Marv arguing, pulling hair (figuratively, of course), and calling each other names. In the last show, Dr Marv called Skip "Ken." It was horrible, but if you're into name-calling, you might find it enjoyable.

You have to pick a side. You can side with the snarky guy who thinks he knows everything and is usually right (Skip says "sometimes right"), or you can side with the dinosaur who has been training since snarky-know-it-all guy was in preschool. You can figure out for yourself which one knows what he's talking about.
