For this workout, you'll take the traditional tabata structure (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) and replace the rest with an isometric hold.
As with all workouts, make sure to warm up beforehand. Modify as needed and always listen to your body, stopping if necessary.
