WEIGHT TRAINING // 20 Min NO REPEATS Cardio HIIT and Dumbbell Strength Workout (Beginner Friendly)

This 20 minute workout is broken up into two distinct sections, a bodyweight Cardio HIIT set and a dumbbell Strength set! Each is 10 minutes and is beginner friendly or a great option for these hot summer days!

This is a different format from my usual workouts, but it's a nice way to get through the workout because you feel the progress pretty quickly! By the time I think, "this sucks" it's almost over!
I have a variety of weights available for myself, as always, and since it was very hot when I shot this, I stuck with a lighter weight and focused on maintaining a steady state of work with good form.
As always, listen to your body and do what's right for you. Feel free to adjust or modify any of these exercises as needed!

10 Minutes of Bodyweight Cardio, 30 second break, then 10 Minutes of Dumbbell Strength.
