THIS 10 minute intense ab workout targets your entire core! Your lower, middle and side abs will burn - I promise! It's without breaks - just 5 seconds to change your position for the next exercise as not to lose time for each individual exercise!
MY TIPS:
• For best results, squeeze your abs & core during the whole workout - especially during the exercises for your abs
• Make sure to press your lower back flat onto the mat. Lower your legs only as far as possible, even if there is only a minimum of motion. ALWAYS keep the tension and press your lower back onto the mat and engage your core!
• If your neck hurts while performing the exercises, you can lay your head on the mat and go on.
