►Equipment: Medium-to-heavy dumbbells
►Fitness Level: Intermediate, with modifications for all levels
►Format:
✔️3 Circuits
✔️3 Exercises Per Circuit (2 strength and 1 power/HIIT)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x 3 Sets
►WORKOUT:
CIRCUIT ONE: LEGS
1. Uneven Rack Squat
2. Reverse Lunge + Knee Drive
3. Lateral Bounds
CIRCUIT TWO: ARMS
1. Lateral Shoulder Raises
2. Deadlift + Single, Single Double Back Row
3. Push Up + Dumbbell Burpee
CIRCUIT THREE: TOTAL + ABS
1. Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold w/ Skull Crushers
2. Leg Lower + Toe Touch
3. Dumbbell Snatch + 2 Overhead Marches
X3 SETS
