Batch cook with me for the week - vegan, whole food plant-based, oil free, and delicious! I'll show you how to make my Peanut Butter and Jam Baked Oatmeal, how I prepare staples in the Instant Pot, and three sauce recipes - BBQ Sauce, Lemon Garlic Dressing, and Sweet and Sour Sauce. Follow along for whole food plant-based health and weight loss (or weight loss maintenance). I share my approach to batch cooking and the benefits of batch cooking. This video will give you great ideas for batch cooking and mixing and matching foods throughout the week. Remember that there are many ways to batch cook and meal prep. I'm showing one way, but experiment and do what works for you! 😊
