Don't you hate it when every machine you need at the gym has someone on it right when you need it?! If you feel my pain you'll want to watch this session.
Today's training session is another Road to World's Lower Body program. We are hitting hack squats, hip thrusts, banded barbell RDLs, machine abduction, myorep leg extensions, kickbacks, calf raises and some core work.
Make sure to watch until the end because I'll be giving you tips and adjustments you can make depending on your experience and your body. You can tell Theresa and I are starting to feel the fatigue but we push through and hit our volume so we can stay on track.
