🔥 Full Body Kettlebell Workout for Men Beginners | 24-Minute EMOM 💪
Welcome to the ultimate single kettlebell full-body workout, designed specifically for beginners! Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking for an efficient, no-fuss routine, this 24-minute EMOM workout will target your back, chest, shoulders, and legs while boosting your overall strength and endurance.

Warm-Up (5 Minutes)
Start strong with a quick and effective Tabata warm-up:
• 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 5 minutes.
Or feel free to use your own warm-up routine.
Main Workout: 24-Minute EMOM
We’ll follow the EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) format:
• Perform the reps listed for each exercise, and rest for the remaining time in the minute.
• Repeat the circuit for 5 rounds (8 minutes per round).
Exercises:
1️⃣ 8 Shoulder Press
2️⃣ 8 Dead Clean and Jerk
3️⃣ 10 Single Arm Bent Row
4️⃣ 10 Suitcase Lunge
👉 Repeat for 5 Rounds to complete the 24-minute session.

• Choose a kettlebell weight you can comfortably shoulder press 8-10 times:
• Men Beginners: 8-12 kg (18-26 lbs)
• Advanced: 16-24 kg (35-53 lbs)
• Keep your form strict! Focus on quality reps over speed.
• Adjust the number of reps if the workout feels too challenging.
