Flow Into Presence is a 20-minute full body feel-good yoga flow that blends strength, flexibility, and balance to help you open your body, calm your mind, and return to yourself. It is a great daily practice to stay flexible and strong.
We begin with a fluid flexibility warmup to mobilize the spine and hips before moving into an energizing flow that includes crescent lunge, humble warrior, revolved triangle, standing splits, tree pose, and chair. Class closes with pigeon, shoulderstand/plow, and a grounding savasana to help you soften and fully receive the benefits of your practice.
This is a beautiful all-levels flow perfect for whenever you want to reconnect, move with intention, and feel both strong and open.
