Welcome to Day 12 of the January 30-Day Morning Yoga Challenge with Reagan Sobel, E-RYT500! 🙏

Today’s practice is a 15-minute morning yoga flow focused on strengthening and opening the glutes and outer thighs to support stability, mobility, and ease in the body.

This breath-led practice moves steadily and intentionally, inviting you to stay present with each sensation, transition, and moment as it unfolds. As you move, you’re encouraged to explore the teaching from the Bhagavad Gita that reminds us to act without attachment to the outcome — finding meaning in the practice itself rather than striving toward a particular result. In this way, the class becomes an exploration of the journey, rather than a fixation on the destination or end goal.

The practice is accessible for all levels, with space to modify, pause, or move intuitively as needed. Whether you’re beginning your day or returning to your mat for a moment of focused movement, this class offers an opportunity to build strength while cultivating patience, presence, and trust in the process.

This challenge was created to support you in:
Building a consistent yoga practice & morning routine
Increasing mobility, flexibility, circulation, energy, and mindfulness
Creating a calm, grounded start to your mornings that carries with you throughout the day
Connecting to your body, breath, and mind in a way that feels expansive and sustainable
Each day offers a short, accessible practice you can return to again and again. The practices are designed to be done daily, but this series can be started anytime — and you’re always welcome to move at your own pace. You’re also welcome and encouraged to combine multiple practices for a longer session.
