Two weeks out from the fight, and this is where every single detail matters.
Today I’m working cupping 65 kilograms, focusing on the last bits of strength I need before stepping on the armwrestling table.
This is the part of preparation where I’m not chasing PRs — I’m keeping sharpness, tendon activation, and finger dominance at the absolute maximum.
Cupping is one of the most important weapons in armwrestling:
controls the opponent’s hand
secures your rise
locks their pronation
opens power lanes for top-roll or mixed pulling
protects your own wrist under heavy side pressure
In these two weeks, everything is about routine, discipline, and daily home training.
Static holds, band resistance, heavy cupping, and all the last tight details before the fight.
This is my personal preparation, my daily grind, and my road to the table.
