37 Minute VO2 Max | Cardio & Strength | Intense Conditioning Workout -If ever I have to gear up for a workout, it is one like this! These are really intense but so so good! This is a combination of cardio & strength but performed in rep range instead of by timer. This gives very little rest in between, thereby really working the cardiovascular system. The format moves from one exercise to the next without a rest. After 3 strength and one cardio exercise, you will get a 30 second rest (if needed). I am sure you will need that rest!

You will need: a variety of dumbbells
Format: rep range -10 reps, 10 reps, 10 reps, 20 reps, 30 second rest
