I am back on YouTube after several months offline. Losing my little brother Llŷr to mental health has been the hardest thing I could ever have imagined. I want to share with you how I have been and what has happened since being offline.
Throughout this time you have all been so kind and supportive of me, I am so grateful for all the messages and love I have received from you all. We truly have an incredible community both on here and on instagram. I feel incredibly lucky and I know that you have my back moving forward.
Taking time to reflect on what has happened and focus on my family as well as myself has been so important. It is now time to focus on making a difference, I want to see a 'Mental Health Toolkit' in all schools and universities and that mental wellbeing becomes a core part of the educational curriculum. I know this can be made a reality, with your help and support. I will update you all in due course.
