In this video, I am going to show y’all my process of working to get faster in the 100-meter race.
You're going to see multiple workouts I performed to build the correct fast twitch muscle used for max velocity sprinting. You will also see small things I did off the track to Enhance my skills and performance. These past 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) taught me discipline and many other factors that will make me great in the long run.
