This is a guided meditation is based on the Zen concept of "eko henshō", meaning turning the light/lamp of awareness around, towards ourselves. Most of our lives we have our attention turned outward on what we're seeing or hearing, etc. This is about turning that awareness within to meet ourselves exactly as we are – with honesty, non-judgement and kindness.
I will guide you to meet yourself on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels, noticing what is present without trying to make anything happen or wish anything else. After this gentle inquiry, the guidance falls away and I invite you into silence so you can simply be as yourself, just as you are.
In this profound practice, there is nothing to achieve and nowhere to go. It's about allowing, seeing clearly and of coming home to your own present-moment experience.
