This is a 25 minute morning rise & stretch yoga practice from the Rise and Stretch Series of classes. Move mindfully through a series of stretches for your neck, shoulders, spine, hips, legs and feet. A gentle stretch sequence to help you create more space in your body and feel less congested. Stand taller, breathe deeper and feel more at home in your body. A perfect recovery day flow or for those days when you’d like to move slow.
Some of the postures include Star Gazer Pose, Head to knee pose, Low Lunge, Lounging Lizard, DD variations & Happy Baby. A full body, head to toe stretch to feel great.
For practice you may wish to have a folded blanket.
