This is a 25 minute morning vinyasa yoga practice with less verbal cues. Part 1 of a new series of morning classes with minimal cues.
I offer enough guidance to land in the postures and maintain the rhythm of the practice, with enough quiet to listen to your own body and enjoy the morning quiet. A compact, more introspective practice for your whole body that includes sun salutations, a standing sequence, balances, twists and backbends. Complete practice with 4,7,8 breathing and a brief shavasana.
For practice you may wish to have a folded blanket.
