This is a 30 minute intermediate vinyasa yoga flow. Part 6 of the Minimal Cues Series of classes. The classes in this series are ideal if you have a more established practice and you'd like a quiet, more meditative experience. Flow through a gentle warm up, surya namaskar C, lunge salutes, standing and balancing postures before cooling down with pigeon, folds and seated meditation or shavasana. A well rounded, compact intermediate flow with an opportunity to practice tuning into your body and breath with less detailed alignment cues.
