Welcome to the channel. I appreciate you being here. Today we will tackle a chocolate tart loaded up with Ferrero Rocher and topped with a beautiful chocolate glacage aka glaze. This isn't a terribly difficult recipe, it does however require a little patience and a delicate hand. If I can do this, so can you.

You will need a 6.5 or 7 in tart pan. You can go up to an 8 in tart pan but I do not recommend going any larger or you will have to make more ganache and glacage for a larger tart.
Tart shell recipe:
75 g softened butter
25 g almond flour
50 g powdered sugar
1 g salt (kosher salt)
30g of a beaten egg (save the rest of the beaten egg for later)
125 g AP flour
Ganache Recipe:
180 g milk chocolate (I used chocolate chips)
125 g heavy cream
15 g honey
10 g bourbon (you can omit if you do not want to use alcohol)
20 g butter
Chocolate glacage:
50 g sugar
20 g cocoa powder
3.5 g powdered gelatin or 3 g gelatin sheets
35 g water
30 g heavy cream
