The more kids exercise, the stronger and healthier they are!! They can perform exercises at home with our workouts that are prepared especially for them!
This routine is a little more extensive and intense than the usual ones, featuring 30 minutes of cardio and strength training. Cardio exercises, as well as helping to eliminate unhealthy and unwanted fat, improve heart and respiratory functions, and strengthening routines will help the little ones develop stronger and toughest bones and muscles. Get your kids to do this routine at least 3 or 4 times a week, they'll be able to reach a good level of fitness, get a leaner body and recharge their energy to be more active and healthy!!
