Welcome to Day 9 of the 10 for 10 Challenge! Today’s class brings together mobility, breathwork, and deep abdominal strength. We’ll begin by stretching the wrists and opening the chest, giving your upper body space to breathe and reset — especially helpful if you spend lots of time typing or rounding forward.
Then we’ll transition into deep core abdominal exercises to fire up your center and support healthy posture and stability. It’s a balanced mix of release and strength in just 10 minutes.
