今天我會和大家說一下高血糖,在我的一群長者病人當中 他們除了患有高血壓,比較常見的現象是患有高血糖. 高血糖最常見的原因是糖尿2型,我們身體內胰臟產生胰島素,胰島素其實是荷爾蒙 ,它的功能是幫我們去調配血糖,血糖高的時候 荷爾蒙幫助血糖運送到身體不同的細胞,但某些原因 例如糖尿2型的病人,他們的胰島素失調 我們稱此為insulin resistance ,簡單來說 胰島素沒有反應 ,運送不了血糖到其他細胞細胞吸收不到血糖,之後 血糖回到我們身體 回到血液裡面所以我們血糖高的時候 去驗血會看到血糖指數飆升.....

Today I’ll talk about high blood glucose ! Among my elderly patients, besides having high blood pressure, It's common that they also have high blood glucose. The most common cause of high blood glucose is type 2 diabetes. Pancreas produces insulin, Insulin is a hormone that helps regulate blood glucose. When blood glucose is high, hormone helps deliver glucose to different cells. But in some cases, such as type 2 diabetes patients. Their insulin dysfunction, which is called insulin resistancen. Insulin becomes ineffective and can’t deliver glucose to cells, when cells can’t absorb blood sugar, it returns to bloodstream. When we test our blood, blood glucose levels goes high....
