Goan Pork Sausages
Ingredients:
• 20–25 pork sausages
• 2 onions
• 2 potatoes
• 3 dry kokum
• 2 Kashmiri chillies
Method:
1. In a pan, add the pork sausages.
2. Add chopped onions.
3. Add kokum, Kashmiri chillies, and salt to taste.
4. Add cubed potatoes.
5. Let it cook on a low flame until done.
