Workout Routine:
Straight Rod Barbell Curls - 4 sets
Dumbbell Parallel Curls - 60 reps
Zig Zag Rod Reverse Curls - 4 sets
Dumbbell Hammer Curls - 100 reps
Pulley Concentration - 2 sets
Intra Workout Energy Drink Break - 10 minutes
Barbell Shrugs - 4 sets
Jump Squats - 100 reps
